Wholesome Bakery’s humble beginning goes back to founder and CEO Mandy Harper wanting a better-for-you baked good.
Disappointed in her options she started to develop her own recipes, ones free of artificial flavors, preservatives, that were gluten and dairy free, and most importantly - actually taste good!

 
 

As demand for Mandy’s baked goods grew so did the shape of Wholesome. From farmers markets to their own brick and mortar, and now into retail locations across the country.
As Wholesome grew so did Mandy’s desire for her packaging to reflect her quirky, vibrant, and bold personality.

 
 

Wholesome needed a word mark, an identity, and a personality of it’s own, one that embodied the character of it’s founder.
Our goal was to create an identity that allowed everyone to see themselves in Wholesome.

 
 

I was thrilled by the opportunity to create an identity from scratch and redefine what a ‘free-from’ brand could look like.
Wholesome’s identity is full of bold colors, quirky typography, and a self-assured, youthful, and inclusive brand voice.
